Hello! Well, things are a little crazy in the Gordon household right about now (you’ll see why!) and I’ve been taking a little break to play my EPIC, the Evans family!
Basically, this is shameless sideblog self-promotion and you can find the Evans blog here! It’s a type of legacy, and rather than changing themes every generation like this lot, they’re purely LOTR/Hobbit themed!
Anyway, back to the Gordons!
RECAP; Amy and Mia gave birth to the Lilac Losers Brick and Bubbles, Lyra got old, Mia lost her spine and progressed through her career, Sierra gave birth to spare baby Jonathan, LOTS of old people died, Kenny became an adult, Miamy started on their next baby, Kenny completed his LTW and was booted from the house, and my hit counter went over 1.5k!

We resume the mad house, initially without actually being in the madhouse.
That guy in the middle invited Mia to a party. Either he has no friends on as a creepy crush on Mia (is he not the guy who blew a heart at her?) because once Sierra left, she was the only one there. So I sent her wife over as well.
Oh! Since her promotion (politician career) she’s started asking for campaign donations – this guy gave over 2k!
And of course Mia goes into his house to go into labour.
Mia: I’m sorry about your carpet!

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I’VE HAD TWINS IN A LOOOOONG TIME.
Anyway, it’s week 20, day 7, and we welcome Boomer and Blossom into the world!
Boomer was born with the excitable and neurotic traits, and Blossom with insane and perceptive. His favourite colour is hot pink (it’s Kenny again!) and hers is turquoise.

And she also sent this as a wedding present to somebody!? I found it when I was redecorating from the family inventory, and I sold it.

Also, Boa sent a mini waterfall thing, but last I checked, Boa was very dead.

So Brick and Bubbles were a bit neglected as toddlers, so I have lots of Boomer and Blossom spam to make up for it.
Mia: Stay.

It looks like Brick got Amy’s position on the slider but Mia’s skin slider, which is why he’s darker than Mia.
Boomer: I am distressed.
Blossom: I’m not!
This child swings rapidly between evil screaming she-devil, and worlds cutest happy toddler. I’m quite scared, honestly.
Oh, and with the money I earned from the fountain, I used to buy this car! Somehow, Kenny and Sierra seem to have moved out with both the motorbikes 😦
Michael got kicked out, but I just moved Kenny and Sierra into a house so I guess they left with all their stuff. Oops!
Blossom: You know I’m just planning my next tantrum, don’t you?

After a potty training session, Blossom then got ditched in the playpen.

Lyra’s still around! She’s nearing 90 at this point (my life span is set to 80), and she’s working hard to bring that gardening skill up to 10, which would make four skills mastered!
I thought this was the best, but then I rediscovered Galadriel. She’s nearly at six.

I started reading this yesterday, but then I got to the picture of Blossom in the playpen mirror and melted and took 24 hours to pull myself together. Apologies.

General comments: All of these kids are unreasonably adorable and I'm so jealous of your luck with genetics. Also Amy is the perfect politician – can she run instead of Trump? XD (Jk I won't get political in the funspace.)

I live for shit like that, honestly. I exploit everything and it’s incredible. And also the whole point.
Secret; They’re all practically Amy clones. I bumped them all up to YA just to check and they’re so similar. Hopefully they change once they actually age up but I’m not sure, and it’s kind of disappointing. Blossom is the least clone-y I think, and Bubbles is the worst!

Moar twinsies! Okay, Brick + Blossom aren’t technically twins, but same day = twins in this game. But anyway, we got a green redheaded child…why is he not instant heir! He’s so cute, I love both Boomer and Blossom to bits. But then, I do have a bit of a bias towards adorable toddlers, so we’ll see how they grow up.
LOL at the bedding. I’m impressed you didn’t put bubbles/bricks all over their clothing. I would have 😛
Re: face clones, you can change this with Master Controller cheats, and get a decent mix of parents. I think it’s in Advanced options when you click the sim, the option is Randomise Genetics. Pick their actual parents and click the buttons until you get a good mix! It’s basically the same option to create a child from two parents that you would have if you were creating the family in CAS. But it’s in game, and it’s glorious.

They were conceived at the same time, too (I think), just one to each partner. Total twins.
He was adorable, but kind of boring? He was one of those who didn’t really roll wishes, which was sad because he was a cutie.
I was tempted, but I though that might be a bit too mean!
I think you told me this somewhere else, because I’ve been doing that on all the children I’ve playing in game since! Though, I’ve been doing a horrible job of it – three of four Gen6 kids were face clones 😦
